Renting is easy.
Use our website to help you decide on a unit. If you would like to view a unit in person, please schedule an appointment with our office. Because we maintain 100% occupancy, appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead of time so we can notify our current tenants. You can also view pictures and floor plans of our units on the Floor Plans and Photo Gallery pages.
If you decide you want to rent a unit during a viewing appointment, you can sign a lease immediately if time permits; otherwise, you will need to schedule an appointment. At lease signing, you will need a government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, or Student Visa), and your security deposit. We accept cash, checks, or money orders. Documents can be emailed or faxed to our office ahead of time, or you can bring them with you or fill them out at your appointment. For more information see our leasing process overview.
Because of the high demand for our rental units, we do not hold units.
There are no application fees or hidden fees. You are responsible for your security deposit and your rent.
We offer semester leases. Our semester lease covers both fall and spring semesters.

Oxford has strict regulations on the number of unrelated people that can occupy a rental. Our units are only permitted to house as many people as there are bedrooms, so additional people may not be added in our units.
We keep a Roommates Needed List to help assist you in locating roommates. If you want to be added to this list, send an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org, subject line “Roommates Needed,” and include your name, phone, email, floor plan, number of people needed, time period (e.g. 2019-20 school year, one or both semesters), and any additional details you would like posted.
